I graduated from Magee College (University of Ulster) with a First Class Honors Degree in Psychology in 2005. Following this, I graduated from Belfast Cognitive Therapy Centre with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in 2010. I was awarded Accreditation from the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) in 2014. I have over 9 years’ experience as working as a full time CBT Therapist and have attended various training events over these years to update and increase my range on skills and knowledge, such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, CBT-e for Eating Disorders, Anger Management, and Motivational Interviewing. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, reading, and cinema.
