Cúnamh currently has one Health and Wellbeing Caseworker, Brenda Graham works directly with victims and survivors to improve health and wellbeing. A key aspect of her role is to facilitate clients’ engagement with statutory, community and voluntary organisations and sensitively communicate needs and requirements.
The Caseworker is here to discuss your needs, through advocating on your behalf where necessary in order to ensure you get access to appropriate services to address your needs. She will treat your query in confidence and assist you with information, and support to improve your health and wellbeing.
The Caseworker has an understanding your needs may be complex and can change over time, but will work in partnership with you to ensure you get the best package of care.
The support offered by caseworker can range from befriending to welfare advice, education and training support, disability aids, and psychological therapies. She can also help you engage with community and voluntary services in your area, and with statutory services too.
This service is person centred and focuses on increasing the quality of care in the sector for victims and survivors and their families
